I believe a mortgage is about much more than financing a home.

It's the foundation of your budget. It influences your quality of life, your financial freedom, your stress levels, and the choices available to you for years to come. The right mortgage should support the life you want to build and not stand in the way of it.

For 20 years, I've helped clients navigate everything from first homes and renewals to investment properties, construction financing, self-employed lending, and more complex mortgage situations. Every client has a different story, and I take the time to understand yours before recommending a solution.

My experience extends well beyond mortgages. I've owned businesses for more than 30 years, started my first business at just 20 years old, built and managed teams, worked for the Canada Revenue Agency, managed commercial real estate leasing portfolios, owned rental properties, renovated and flipped homes, invested using the BRRRR strategy, and spent several years as a REALTOR®. Those experiences allow me to see the bigger picture and understand the financial decisions my clients face from multiple perspectives.

I genuinely love helping people. Whether it's celebrating a first home, finding a creative solution for a challenging situation, or simply giving someone the confidence to move forward, there's nothing more rewarding than knowing I've helped make a positive difference in someone's life. I believe every client deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the mortgage process.

Living and working in the Parry Sound and Muskoka area has also given me specialized knowledge of rural and waterfront properties. From septic systems and alternative treatment systems to wells, construction financing, and unique property challenges, I understand that financing here isn't always the same as financing a subdivision home in the city. Local knowledge matters.
